Villa San Filippo, an 18th century mansion, has been recently completely refurbished and brought back to its original splendour. 21 accommodations and suites are available, and are divided in four different types of apartments:

Family Suite
(2+2 pax) 		40/48 mq. It has a double room, a large bathroom with shower, a sitting room with an extra bed.

Family Suite
(3+2 pax) 		55/62 mq. It has a double and a single room, a shower room, a sitting room.

Suite Royal
(4+2 pax) 		70/80 mq.

It has two to three double rooms both with en-suite bathroom and shower, a large sitting room with an extra bed, a third bathroom

Family Suite Royal
(4+2 pax) 		70/75 mq. It has two to three double rooms both with en-suite bathroom and shower, a large sitting room with an extra bed, a third bathroom.
